Tribute Food Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at Tribute to Aviation. Last year Tribute to Aviation attracted 30,000 visitors. Because of limited food service space we cannot accommodate all applications. Please print the food vendor form below and return to Montrose Regional Airport to be considered for this year’s Tribute to Aviation event. All applications must be received by July 31st, 2021.
We require the following items as an attachment to your application:
- Certificate of insurance
- Food vending license
- Product line and menu pricing
- Picture of your food vending stand or truck
- Number of years in business and events you have worked at in the past two years.
Cleaning, Health and Safety Standards
All Food Service Providers must ensure their areas and personnel comply with all local, state, county and federal food service healthy safety standards and regulations. A copy of your Food Service License must be provided to Montrose Regional Airport.
No smoking, explosives, inflammables, or other dangerous items will be allowed in the Food Service Areas. Decorations must be flame resistant. All Food Service Providers are required to provide the appropriate fire extinguishers as required by local, county and state fire safety standards.
Setup for all food vendor trucks and stands will be Friday September 18th between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
The cost for a food truck or stand will be $250 for the weekend; payment will need to be made by check before September 2nd, 2021

Tribute Specialty Booth Vendors
Thank you for your interest in wanting to participate in Tribute to Aviation. Tribute to Aviation is a FREE event to the
public that celebrates aviation and aerospace. Booth applications must be aviation, science or technology related.
Merchandise sales are limited to military and general aviation event participants. If you are interested in setting up a
Specialty Booth at Tribute to Aviation please complete the specialty booth application.
Who Can Apply?
Booth applications must be aviation, science, or technology related and are limited to military and general aviation participants.
The application deadline is August 15th, 2021.
Setup for all specialty will be Friday September 17th between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS
There is no cost for a specialty booth.
